Hermannslauf 2007--- An Amazing Race

What an amazing race. It was the third time that I started at the "Hermannslauf" and I ran my fastest and best time. I finished in 3 hours, 05 minutes and 37 seconds.
7100 runners startet at 11 o´clock at "Hermannsdenkmal".
The race goes over 31.1 km and the weather was beautiful and very hot.
The audience beside the street was fantastic. My family waited for me at "Panzerbrücke" and I met them at kilometer 9.
After kilometer 25 I get a cramp in my right femoral but I didn´ stop and the cramp was over. The feeling at "Sparrenburg" is indiscribable because there is the end of the race and the most people stand there to support the runners.
Next year I want to run under 3 hours and I hope the dream comes true.
The next big event is " Berlin Marathon 2007". The training starts in a few weeks.
Now it is time to relax ...
